SCOPLIO INBOX

Privacy Policy

Scoplio Inbox stores the information you choose to save so Lio can organize it, remind you, and help you find it later. This page gives a plain-language overview of the main data flows behind those features.

Information you give Scoplio

This can include account details, Inbox text, tasks, reminders, notes, references, saved context, Ask Lio conversations, voice recordings, transcripts, and attachments you intentionally add. The content you choose to capture is kept separate from ordinary marketing analytics so a product event does not need to contain the private text of the item itself.

AI processing

When you allow Lio AI, Scoplio sends only the information needed for the requested AI feature to its configured AI processing service. Current processor details and controls are described in the interactive policy. If you turn off the relevant AI permission, Scoplio does not need to invent an AI result just to keep the original item saved.

Reminders, voice, and attachments

Reminder delivery can require notification tokens and scheduling metadata. Voice capture can include the original audio and a transcript when you use that feature. Attachments you add remain connected to the saved item so you can retrieve the source later.

Analytics and diagnostics

Scoplio records product and reliability events without copying private Inbox text into ordinary product analytics. Technical diagnostics can help identify failures such as a missed sync, failed notification, or processing error without turning your saved thoughts into marketing labels.

Your choices

You can edit or delete saved items, manage notifications, control AI permission, review account settings, and delete your Scoplio account. If you no longer want an item in normal results, Scoplio also provides Trash and restore behavior before permanent removal where that feature is available.
